1. Personal information collection items, collection purpose, and retention period

We collect the following personal information for membership, counseling, and service applications.
- Collection items: name, contact number, company name, representative name, email account, service usage record, access log
- Purpose of collection: Membership registration, handling civil petitions, delivery of notices, and identification of access frequency for providing specific content
- Collection Method: Home Page (Contact Customer)
- Retention period: Destruction of personal information without exception after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved.

2. Procedure and method of destruction of personal information

In principle, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the company destroys the information without delay. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.
- Destruction procedure
The information you enter for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (in the case of paper, a separate document box) and stored for a certain period of time according to internal policies and other related laws and regulations.
Personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for any purpose other than to be held unless it is related to by law.
- Destruction method
Personal information stored in the form of an electronic file is destroyed using a technical method (format) that cannot be played back, and personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is destroyed by crushing or incinerating.

e-mail without authorizing

Do not collect e-mails without permission

Please note that email addresses posted on this website will reject to be collected without permission using e-mail collection programs or other technical devices and that violations will be subject to criminal penalties under the Information and Communication Network Act.
Any person who collects sells, distributes, or uses e-mails without permission using technical devices shall be fined up to 10 million won pursuant to Article 50-2 of the Information and Communication Network Utilization Promotion and Information Protection Act.

No person shall collect e-mail addresses using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage where the intention to refuse to collect them is stated.
No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).
No person shall know that it is an e-mail address prohibited from collecting, selling, and distributing pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2) and use it for the transmission of information.
